To anyone (if anyone) ever reads this and was wondering why I haven't written in here for about half a year, it is because I have come to a point where I came to the realization that perhaps my personal thoughts (such as fantasizing about Ryan Gosling or being a bummed out little brat) should be left personal and that the blogosphere world should be left to people that have something effective to say (like about art, music, issues facing the environment and humanity). This tool of communication is powerful and perhaps can be used to enlighten and to raise awareness or inspire the masses rather than to fuel the culture vultures or fill up empty space in our minds with nonsense.
I recently came back from South East Asia and was stricken as to how effective just keeping a little notebook that documented my experiences and thoughts was. The thing about writing about your life and thoughts is, is that you feel something one minute and then look back at it the next day and groan with embarassment. Plus, if you want to hear about my experiences and adventures, thoughts, ideas, i'd be more than willing to talk to you about it through a phone call or over coffee, or if you can't call me because you don't know who I am, just check out my photo and art blogs, where I will continue posting. Because as the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words and I feel like I'm better at reflecting who I am and what I think through images anyways.

Oh! And I almost forgot! I also set up an etsy store (it's this place on the internet where you can sell things you've made and buy things other people made). You can check out or purchase some of my vintage findings, altered clothing, knick knacks and prints...it's still in the making and will take some time before it's up and running but keep on checking back there, kay? The store has been named after this blog as a continuation of chasing clouds on a different horizon.
so when you look me up, type the name * drum roll * http://www.etsy.com/shop/chasesomeclouds Shocking isn't it?
But before I finalize this adieu I would like to state a few things to live by (for you, me, anyone.)
If you want a more fulfilling life, stay off the computer.
Drink and smoke less and the clouds in your mind will dissipate.
When you want to punch someone in the face start laughing.
Realize that nothing matters except what you are doing right now. (it really really doesn't, this realization will set you free)
Time doesn't exist.
Just be a nicer person for everyone's sake.
